Mission / description Anthropo Child&Youth Film Festival is an independent international film festival. The festival aims to situate the children's cultures in the wider society; discuss
the role of children and youth in society; empower their active participation; promote dialogue across generations.

We welcome two categories of documentary, docu-feature, feature and animation films: films about children and films made by children (up to 18 years old). The special focus of the first edition is the children's popular culture. However we are broadly interested in the films that give us the insight into children's lives. Short and mid-lenght films are accepted.

The festival will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia at the end of May and is organised in partnership with Department for Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, University of Ljubljana, association Saprabolt and Transit Film Bazaar.
