FFL's Festival Validation
FFL feels responsible for only allowing legitimate and relevant festivals to accept submissions through our platform. Thus we verify the festival's legitimacy and relevance before pushing the call for submissions live. Some festivals are not being allowed to accept submissions at all. For festivals allowed to accept submissions FFL separates among:
VALIDATED FESTIVALS
These festivals fully comply with FFL's festival validation policy. There is no doubt that they are established and/or legitimate events.
NOT VALIDATED FESTIVALS
These festivals don't fully comply with FFL's festival validation policy but appear to be legitimate events. We will leave you to decide whether you should submit to this event or not. We also welcome any feedback about these events. You can report your experience at verification@filmfestivallife.com

For the last 54 years, the Rose d’Or Festival has been one of the most significant events for the entertainment television industry, and an important networking platform for the onscr…een entertainment community, promoting a free exchange of knowledge and ideas. Every year the Festival attracts producers and professionals from public and independent broadcasters from over 40 countries.
The Rose d’Or Awards, the core of the Festival, reward originality, quality and creativity in entertainment programming, and encourage excellence in television and associated digital media.
The best entertainment programmes from around the world are submitted to the competition, and an international jury of leading industry professionals is given the task of selecting a shortlist of nominees for final consideration before the winners are announced at the Rose d’Or Awards Ceremony.
Each year, the Rose d'Or offers its delegates the opportunity to screen all the programmes submitted to the Video Kiosk.
The Festival provides its delegates with a programme of attractive forums and workshops with contributions from entertainment television and new media professionals, who share their insight into the important issues and trends facing their industries.
Finally the Rose d’Or offers a line up of top entertainment events, many of which are also open to the public.
From the Opening Ceremony through to the grand finale of the Awards Ceremony, business and pleasure combine in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Regular festival highlights are the Boat Cruise around Lake Lucerne - a chance to relax with our colleagues surrounded by the stunning alpine scenery, and the always popular Comedy Night - an evening of laughter with world class comedians. full text
