All type of shorts are welcome from 1min to 15min long in English, Portuguese or with subtitles in one of those languages. Preference goes to films and videos that cross borders without spoken language including artistic, off the wall, video-art, music, animated, imagery-oriented works. Sections of the festival will be programmed for countries that have a lot of submissions, as well as artists that wish to do retrospective of their works and are able to make it to the islands to visit the festival.
