Mission / description Take 21 (formerly Toronto Student Film Festival) is run by youth for youth. Since its inception in 2006, the festival has received hundreds of submissions from almost every continent on the globe. The festival strives to promote and showcase the work that young filmmakers are creating around the world. Whether it is shot on a cell-phone or an HD camera.
