Roger is a director, writer, and producer of film, TV, and new media as well as a visual artist. His latest work, Cool Daddy, is a feature documentary funded by the Canadian Media Fund and CBC’s documentary Channel; it is currently in post-production. Larry’s most recent completed feature is the documentary Citizen Marc which was critically lauded and had the largest theatrical release for a Canadian feature documentary in 2014.

Larry was a creative producer on contemporary artist Mark Lewis’ first feature film, Invention, which premiered to great acclaim at The Toronto International Film Festival in 2015. Roger’s debut as a feature writer, director, and producer was the neo-noir thriller Crossing, which sold around the world. As a visual artist and in collaboration with Mark Lewis, Larry had three film installations exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in 2013.

Prior to 2010, Roger directed, wrote, and produced hours of series television, primarily for the CBC. Most recently he was the show-runner for "X-Weighted Families" making 13, 60-minute episodes that sold in more than 60 countries. He received a Gemini nomination for his work on the show.
