The Adelaide Film Festival celebrates the moving image in all its glorious forms. This year, ADL Film Fest goes punk, in merriment of the punk movement’s 40th year.
Over 11 days, the Adelaide Film Festival festival fills the city and surrounds with feature films, documentaries, shorts, animation, and new media works. In cinemas, galleries and on the street, #AdlFF sends you around the globe from a cinema seat. Come revel in the ideas and artists that enliven the screens in our lives.
Artistic Director Amanda Duthie and Program Manager Mat Kesting are seeking bold and daring works that push the boundaries of the art of cinema, are diverse and entertaining.
The Adelaide Film Festival accepts feature films and shorts (drama, documentary, hybrid, experimental and animation) made in Australia and internationally. These can be any length or genre.
